Yesterday, it came to my attention by 68.63.173.52 that there was some proof that Rocky and CeCe aren't coming back. Recently Club Penguin deleted their penguins, sprites, etc., so on the Buddy List you can't open their Player Cards, or see their names. Check it out.
I don't think it'll go much past this, though. I think the icons will stay, though I don't think they're coming back. What do you think about this? Feel free to leave a comment below.
