It's the last chapter of Operation: Blackout, and the Director has given us a briefing.

The Director seems to be in pretty big trouble.  Equip the Anti-Lava Boots (available for everyone)

Equip the Anti-Lava Boots, and walk through the Central Command room door,
When I came in, me & several other agents were ready to shut it down.  I gave the final order.

Herbert just wouldn't stop there.  He has security on the ray, as well.
So, you maneuver the pass-key to the end, then, you'll get a special surprise.  ;)
