Continuing from my last post...
You walk up right up to the door in Sector 1, and you get this message.

We're only just getting started, Agent. There are four more Security Terminals to shut down.
The next one is close to the first,but can only be accessed through a secured door. Use this grappling hook to pull the door's lever.
So, equip this Grapping Hook which is available for all agents.
Then you walk right up to the door, and this happens.
It reaches the lever, pulls it down, then comes back. Coolio! :)
Then you walk through that door.
Then, you're in the other half of this room.
You walk up the the Terminal, and it says "Access Security Terminal?", then click on yes, and it brings you to this.
"Move the security blocks to get the pass-key to the lock."
It's quick and fun, and after you're done (rhyme! LOL)
You've shut down you're 2nd Security Terminal.
(After you finish, you get another reward. ;) )
