Hello Penguins!

 

The gold puffle has been discovered... Now it's time for members to go out and adopt one! 

 

Wondering where to being your journey? 

 

First, you'll want to walk one of your puffles to the Pet Shop and buy a Gold O'berry (there's a giant machine with the Gold O'berry bush growing inside!). When your puffle eats the Gold O'berry they'll start digging up gold nuggets! Dig up 15 gold nuggets and you can activate the gold jackhammer in the Gold Mine. Attracted by all those gold nuggets, the gold puffle will emerge from the earth's crust!

 

Gold puffles are extremely lucky and can dig up more coins and even rare gold items. 

 

Now go forth and discover those puffles!

I've been lucky enough to already adopt my very own Gold Puffle! I can't wait to walk it some more; there's so many new items to obtain with it!

Adopt a Gold Puffle!

It's a time Club Penguin players young and old have been waiting for: the chance to adopt the legendary Gold Puffle!

If you're a member, head to the Pet Shop to obtain a gold O'berry to start digging for gold nuggets.

Once you have, dig around for gold nuggets. Once you collect 15, head to the newly released Gold Mine and walk up to the gold drill.

Once you get there, the gold nuggets float into the drill, and a gold puffle comes out of the ground!

I named mine Treasure. What are you going to call yours?

There's even more excitement to add. You can dig up gold versions of items, both clothing and furniture. Awesome!

Disney's Game On! - Gold Puffle

Hallie from Game On! has helped us out with yet another Game On! episode about Club Penguin, and this time it's about the upcoming Gold Puffle. The video talks a little about how you can obtain your Gold Puffle, and what you can do once you get one. Check it out!

This is so awesome! It appears that with your Gold Puffle you can dig up rare treasure that you couldn't with other Puffles.

From this video we get quite a few interesting shots on the subject. The first one is what the Puffle Adoption area will look like when a Gold Puffle becomes available.

The next part tells us that the way you can obtain a Gold Puffle is you get another puffle and try to dig up something. If you're a member, you'll gradually collect gold nuggets. When you collect all of them, you can start digging for the legendary puffle.

It would seem that this Puffle takes a different approach to digging.

There's a bunch you can dig up with this new Puffle. To name a few, Gold Diva Glasses, a Gold Royal Cape/Cloak, and even a Gold Car.

Can't wait for more!

Homepage updates (November 7, 2013)

Club Penguin has updated their homepage. Check it out!

They've added one new slide.

They've also added a new background, and it's really awesome.

The only other thing is that they've changed up the advertisements.

Don't forget, the Quest for the Golden Puffle starts next week. Who's excited!?

This looks awesome! I bet this explains the tremors that are repeatedly mentioned in the Club Penguin Times. Very, very interesting.
