This is a very curious thing. This is not this (or next month's) party, as they've already scheduled Operation: Puffle for this November and the annual Holiday Party for December.
This looks far too well drawn to be something made solely for the video. Maybe this is a sneak peek of January 2014's party? I haven't a clue.
Gary being in this video isn't coincidental. If you remember, Club Penguin scheduled a meet-up with Gary a little over a week ago.
