The What's New Blog gets countless comments every day, and each comment goes through many filters. Occasionally Club Penguin Team members will comment as well, though sometimes it's tough to figure out which ones are members of the Club Penguin Team.
Very recently, (as of last week, methinks) the Team has changed that. They've made all official Club Penguin Team member's comment a darker blue than the rest. Check it out.
Polo Field talked about this change earlier, and they implemented it quickly! I like it. ;)
