Mysterious scroll at the EPF

There's a mysterious scroll at the EPF. Wonder why...
Hmm... what could this mean? A scroll is not normal... this strikes me as medieval. You?

      I don't think so. One, it wasn't there before, and two, Federflink1 mentioned it on the German What's New Blog. What do you think it means? Very intriguing. :)

    I not sure what it is. However, I know Polo Field said a week or two ago that the EPF would start rebuilding at the end of the Hollywood party. So maybe it's going to be part of that! :)
